Full Job Description
Humana is seeking an experienced management professional to lead the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) team.  In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the strategy, planning oversight, and monitoring of outcomes. This position will work and collaborate with leaders across the Humana enterprise, HPS executive leaders as well as have extensive engagement representing Humana with external partners. This individual will leverage their deep pharmacy background and strong collaboration and communication skills to optimize the MTM services offered to Humana members. This position requires an in-depth understanding of the functions of MTM and how MTM services can be used to improve member outcomes and further Humana’s healthcare quality goals. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications • Three years of leadership experience • Five years clinical experience in managed care or equivalent experience, with at least one year of experience in MTM • Registered pharmacist with license in good standing; Degree of Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent • Deep business and financial acumen • Strong track record of driving solutions that achieved clinical and financial outcomes • Experience with effectively coaching, developing and leading direct reports and cross-functional teams • Complex and innovative problem-solving, analytical, critical and strategic thinking capabilities; knows how to create options and then converge on solutions • Brings an organized, attention-to-detail approach (strong tactical execution) • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, relationship management, influencing, and interpersonal skills • Impeccable oral and written communication skills, as well as the polish, poise, and executive presence to effectively interact with and present to external partners and executive and senior-level stakeholders • Very disciplined; has the ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a large and complex organizational structure Preferred Qualifications • MBA, pharmacoeconomics or health outcomes training • Experience in finance and/or business related pharmacy practice Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$165,000 - $226,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
