The AD facilitates the integration of lived experience perspectives into curriculum development, training delivery, and program planning, and collaborates with family leaders, instructors, and community partners to ensure high-quality, relevant learning opportunities aligned with state and national standards. As a senior leader, the AD operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, contributing to organizational strategy, supervising the Family Training team, and ensuring alignment across CWEP initiatives and external stakeholders. The AD works closely with CWEP departments, DCYF, and community partners to build comprehensive, collaborative professional learning environments that elevate caregiver and family leader capacity and leadership, while advancing system-wide goals. Through a focus on innovation, quality improvement, and sustainability, the AD plays a central role in strengthening caregiver education and lived experience integration to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families across New Hampshire.
