Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Associate Director, Analytical Engineering (in Lawrence Township, NJ).
Duties: Develop, deploy, and maintain pipelines for data science-related applications and machine learning solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate cross-functionally with data science teams, analytics and business stakeholders to facilitate and implement best practices relating to machine learning engineering, data engineering, and machine learning operations. Translate the complexity of pipelines, models, and solutions for various stakeholders. Lead the development and maintenance of cutting-edge tools and frameworks. Partner with the Director of Analytics Engineering to monitor the evolving data science and engineering landscape. Provide strategic view on novel capabilities that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team in support of continuous business intelligence analytics evolution and business performance. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Up to 10% domestic travel may be required based on business need.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate
experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and three (3) years of related experience as a Data Scientist or related occupation.
Must have three (3) year of experience in the following skills (which may be gained concurrently):
• Designing machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch;
• Conducting Machine Learning Operations in cloud-based environments such as Amazon Web Services and Azure;
• Git to version control code;
• Applying data science and machine learning techniques using tools such as Python and SQL to develop solutions addressing business problems; and
• Deploying data science-related applications utilizing frameworks including Dash or Streamlit.
