Overview

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to provide quantitative and analytical support for M&A and capital markets transactions within the insurance sector, including reporting on key financial metrics and developing deal execution materials. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience executing sidecars and capital raises involving private placements for both debt and equity; working on M&A cross-border deals and executing corporate financing deals in leveraged finance and debt capital markets; conducting valuation analyses using M&A merger models, discounted cash flow valuations, and leveraged buyout valuations for client pitches; drafting documents for live transactions, including S-1 and S-3 filings, Engagement letters, Process-letters, Bid-letters, Non-binding and Binding offers, Term Sheets and Share Purchase Agreements; and utilizing FactSet, S&P Capital IQ Pro, Eikon, Insurance Insider, Dowling & Partners Research, and Envestnet to gather company and market statistics as well as industry data needed to complete analysis for live deals and client pitches. Salary range: $225,000.00 - $235,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
