Associate Dentist to join us on a
full-time basis.
The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services while delivering the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The ideal Associate for our team is skilled at helping patients feel at ease, communicates effectively with both patients and coworkers, and is comfortable working independently as needed.

CompensationAssociates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, with remuneration
starting at 40% of collections and higher, depending on experience.
Schedule35-40 hours per weekPreferred Schedule (5 days/week):- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The ideal requirement is five days per week; however, a four-day schedule may be considered for the right candidate.
What We Are Looking For- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited university, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
- Registered with, or in the process of registering with, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
- Eligible to practice dentistry in Ontario.
- Candidates currently registered in another Canadian province are welcome to apply.
- Two+ years of clinical experience is considered an asset.
- New graduates are welcome to apply, provided they are comfortable working independently as a solo dentist while managing 2-3 hygienists.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
