Our preferred schedule is a four-day clinical workweek, typically during office hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

There's also some flexibility depending on the right candidate and what works for the practice.

Who Would Be Great Here?

We're looking for a DDS or DMD who is confident clinically, excellent with patients, and excited by the opportunity to grow.

Ideally, you:

• Have 3+ years of clinical experience
• Are comfortable practicing independently
• Have strong comprehensive treatment-planning skills
• Are confident with restorative dentistry and removable prosthetics
• Communicate naturally and build patient trust
• Value clinical autonomy
• Enjoy being part of a team
• Think beyond today's schedule and care about the long-term success of a practice
• Are intrigued by the possibility of future partnership or ownership

An active Arizona dental license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
