Full Job Description
As an Associate Demand Planner, you will play an integral part in Penumbra's manufacturing process. You will be responsible for organizing demand inputs to create forecasts needed to support the company's corporate strategy and production/sales objectives. You will interface between internal and external stakeholders when forecasting and managing demand internationally.

What You'll Work On:
• Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to understand customer / market demands and develop monthly revenue / non-revenue SKU level forecast for both near - term and longer term; communicate regularly with Supply Planning and Production team to align on consensus plans and ensure timely and optimal execution.
• Using supply chain tools / software (ANAPLAN), collaborate with Corporate Strategy and Marketing to align Marketing forecasts with the Financial Forecasts.
• Support supply chain readiness for new products introduction.
• Conduct supply chain analytics to continuously drive inventory and planning efficiency improvements for International Distribution Centers. Help plan and manage inventory levels for optimal inventory deployment, as well as ensure inventory meets service level requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update reports/tools to support monthly planning and forecast processes including ANAPLAN, TABLEAU, PowerBi, and Excel.

What You Bring:
• A Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• APICS, ISM, CPM, CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
• Experience with PowerBi preferred
• Experience with Supply Chain planning processes S&OP, Demand Planning, and Forecasting
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP in Manufacturing, Inventory, and Supply Chain functional modules
• SAP knowledge and experience with business intelligence software (Tableau) a plus
• Ability work independently and as part of a team; ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required along with being highly proficient at Microsoft Office tools, ANAPLAN experience a plus
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Working Conditions:

General office and cleanroom environments. Willingness and ability to commute to the Alameda office when needed. Business travel from 0% - 10%. Potential exposure to blood-borne pathogens. Requires some lifting and moving of up to 15 pounds. Must be able to move between buildings and floors. Must be able to remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment, such as a printer or copy machine, for an extensive period of time each day. Must be able to read, prepare emails, and produce documents and spreadsheets. Must be able to move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, as needed. Must be able to communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels on a daily basis.as needed. Annual Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000/yearly
