Associate – Commercial Real Estate

The work at BLG is high profile and dynamic.  The Commercial Real Estate group manage multi-million dollar commercial transactions, complex real estate acquisitions, and mixed-use development and infrastructure projects for both public and private clients.

We are looking for

  • A lawyer with 2 – 4 years experience in commercial real estate transactions including financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and complex mixed-use development projects, infrastructure projects and construction contracts.
  • The candidate must be a team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills. 

The expected salary range for this position is $155,000 - $200,000, depending on level of experience, region/location, and other factors.
