Job Summary

The Associate Care Center (ACC) Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing day-shift warehouse operations while serving as the primary point of contact and advocate for route drivers. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of warehouse activities, supports driver success, and facilitates effective communication across operations, transportation, customer service, and leadership teams.

The ACC Warehouse Manager drives operational excellence by proactively identifying issues, removing obstacles impacting productivity, and promoting accountability among warehouse associates and route drivers. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of service, organization, communication, safety, and follow-through while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment that supports business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage day-shift warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and service goals are achieved.
• Serve as the primary Associate Care Center contact for route drivers, providing support, issue resolution, and operational guidance.
• Build strong relationships with route drivers and warehouse associates through responsive communication and a service-focused approach.
• Partners with transportation, operations, customer service, and leadership teams to coordinate daily activities and resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor warehouse workflows, inventory movement, loading processes, and route preparation to ensure efficient execution.
• Identify operational barriers, proactively address issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and driver experience.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive accountability for operational execution, adherence to schedules, and performance expectations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve operational goals and maintain high-performance standards.
• Investigate and resolve service, delivery, inventory, or warehouse-related concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational metrics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management activities within the warehouse operation.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, customer service, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation, or operations leadership experience.
• Experience supervising hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and operational reporting tools.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, inventory control processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting transportation operations and/or route drivers.
• Prior experience in a distribution, supply chain, food service, retail, or delivery environment.
