This is more than a support role - it's a strategic partnership with senior leadership, where your insights, initiative, and industry expertise will directly shape how we deliver on our commercial insurance ambitions.

The annualized base pay range for this role is $136,000 - $205,583. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.

What You Bring

Industry Expertise & Business Acumen

• Strong understanding of P&C insurance financial statements, key performance indicators, financial ratios, and business drivers
• Familiarity with the insurer operating model and the broader property and casualty insurance landscape
• Strategic and financial analysis skills with a results-oriented mindset

Leadership & Communication

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior management and diverse stakeholders
• Experience working within a global matrix organization
• Confidence in filtering information, assessing priorities, and working independently under tight deadlines

Problem-Solving & Project Management

• Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Skill in grasping complex problems and developing creative, actionable solutions
• Advanced project management capabilities with strong planning and reporting skills

Mindset & Drive

• Passion for driving change and innovation in a dynamic commercial insurance environment
• A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
