The Associate Brand Manager, Consumables & Accessories plays a key role in shaping and executing brand and product marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand desirability across the Frigidaire and Electrolux portfolios. This role partners cross-functionally to bring products to market with compelling consumer-led messaging, strong commercial readiness, and consistent brand execution across touchpoints. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative brand thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support brand strategy development through consumer insights, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead day-to-day brand and product marketing activities, ensuring consistent messaging, claims, and packaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing deliverables and timelines for product launches in partnership with Brand Equity, Creative, Insights, Legal, and Product Line teams.
  • Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns by developing briefs, coordinating assets, and tracking performance.
  • Analyze brand, customer, and sales performance to inform decisions and optimize marketing execution.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights to define learning objectives, validate concepts, and translate insights into action.
  • Collaborate with agencies (creative, media, PR) to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Line teams to ensure brand alignment and commercial readiness.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in brand management, product marketing, or consumer marketing
  • Strong foundation in marketing fundamentals, brand positioning, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
