Job Duties: Work on risk analytics for client portfolios. Define logics, evaluate outliers and rectify the gaps to deliver superior performance. Engage with the cross-functional teams to prioritize problem statements, think creatively and deliver innovative solutions to the clients. Ensure accuracy of large analytical data sets, automate processes with scripts and fix the gaps in data sets. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of data quality control frameworks and procedures. Conduct root cause analysis on data errors. Recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency. Provide quality control and daily support of risk analytics trading process. Perform efficiency reviews of internal processes and recommend improvements. Analyze macroeconomic and market trends to incorporate into improvement proposals to analytics quality control models and methodologies.
Qualifications: Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, and 12 months of experience in job offered or related occupation. ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field, and 36 months of experience in job offered or related occupation. Position requires one year of experience in the following: Programming in Python; Bloomberg terminal; Security and portfolio analytics; Fixed income modeling; Valuation and analytics; Agile methodologies; Tableau and Power BI; and Financial Industry including risk management, and portfolio management .

For Seattle, WA Only the salary range for this position is USD$131,500.00 - USD$160,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
