Job Duties: Interact with various stakeholders to understand the data needs of their product and deliver solutions which address the specific requirements of a product or business. Aid in the formation and execution of platform changes to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Deliver solutions from ideation to completion, including testing and on-going support of applications, including testing and deployment. Created and maintained data quality controls in WebQC 2.0 to ensure BlackRock's LatAm product pages met regulatory requirements and displayed accurate marketing and sales data. Implement strategic solutions that help to create common data products that can be used throughout Web Tech and Engineering. Serve as subject matter expert on Fund data and teach other teams how to navigate the firm and implement scalable changes. Liaise with business areas to provide end user support and training. Partner with Web Tech and Engineering team members, Onboarding, Product, Legal, Compliance, and other groups on everyday processes to help meet the channel's needs Work with members of the Web Tech and Engineering team to develop new ideas and concepts, and to constantly identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field and 36 months of experience in job offered, or closely related role. Position requires three years of experience in the following: Data analysis and database management using SQL; Web services; Financial services in Latin American Markets; Leveraging rule based platforms; Data product creation; Automation process improvement; Data analytics; Java programming; and End user support and training.
Salary: $111,900 - 130,000
