Associate Attorney who brings sharp legal skills, strong judgment, and a collaborative mindset to our growing team.
Under the direction of the Managing Attorney, you'll manage your own caseload while working closely with a supportive legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney who values professionalism, accountability, and intelligent, results-oriented advocacy.
What You'll Do - Independently manage cases from strategy session through resolution
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and parties via phone and email
- Execute firm protocols, including Case Reviews, Strategy Session Memos, and Court Prep Emails
- Ensure court orders, stipulations, and filings are properly routed and documented
- Prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for hearings and testimony
- Provide mentorship and strategy support to Junior Associates as needed
- Maintain timely and professional responses to client communications (within 48 business hours)
- Maintain CLE compliance and remain in good standing with the California State Bar

- Commitment to ethical, zealous advocacy within the Rules of Professional Conduct
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
- Professional, respectful, and collaborative approach with colleagues and staff
- Active member in good standing with the CA Bar Association
