Commercial Real Estate Associate (4-6 Years)

A respected regional law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its growing Real Estate Practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside highly regarded real estate attorneys on sophisticated, high-profile transactions for developers, investors, lenders, and corporate clients across the Southeast and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, development agreements, and financing documents.
  • Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, environmental matters, and closing documentation.
  • Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, land development, construction, and leasing matters.
  • Assist developers, investors, lenders, REITs, and corporate clients with complex transactional matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups, including construction, environmental, tax, corporate, and litigation, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client service and attention to detail.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm.
  • Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, financing, development, and due diligence.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
