Full Job Description
The Atlanta, Georgia office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Medical Malpractice Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized defense attorneys in the medical malpractice field, gain hands-on litigation experience, contribute to case strategy and development, and build meaningful relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred but not required. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Georgia Bar.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $135,000+, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
