Associate Attorney

Starting Salary: $145,000 - $167,000

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, focusing on Insurance Coverage Defense, Environmental Litigation, Transportation / Trucking Defense and Corporate / Business / Corp. Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Draft contracts, legal briefs, and other documents as needed
  • Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
  • Provide clients with legal advice and updates on case progress
  • Participate in environmental litigation and transportation defense cases
