Assoc. Mgr, Marketing Capabilities & Ops

What you will do


What you will do 

The Associate Manager, Marketing Programs & Operations supports the execution and adoption of key marketing initiatives, capability programs, and operational processes across North America. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, driving program governance, supporting Marketing Lens adoption, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives. 

  

Working closely with Marketing, Media, Commerce, Digital, and Global partners, the Associate Manager serves as a central point of coordination, helping teams stay aligned, meet milestones, resolve issues, and drive consistent execution across the organization. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

Cross-Brand Program Management 

  • Coordinate delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and future enterprise programs. 

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers. 

  • Monitor progress against project objectives and escalate issues as needed. 

  • Maintain FAQs, training materials, and user documentation. 

  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with platform owners. 

  • Support agency governance and operational processes. 

  • Assist with MarTech onboarding coordination and implementation activities. 

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing documentation. 

  

What we are looking for 

Required Qualifications 

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. 

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, marketing capability programs, or related fields. 

  • Support the coordination and execution of business-critical cross-brand initiatives, including project planning, timeline tracking, and action item follow-up to drive seamless delivery and cross-functional partnership.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, remove roadblocks, and drive progress against key initiatives, including comprehensive campaign measurement plans.

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing capabilities, processes, and best practices that enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities to improve ways of working, drive efficiencies, and support strategic priorities.

  • Gather, synthesize, and communicate user feedback and platform dashboard data to inform enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities across marketing platforms.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
