Job Description:

We are immediately hiring a 3rd Shift Assistant Warehouse Manager in Rancho Cordova, CA for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Apply here today to speak with a Recruiter about the position and perks of joining our Ryder Ever Better Team.

  • Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

  • Annual Salary Pay: $85,000 to $90,000.

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

    Employee will be required to work additional hours and days as needed to support business needs.

Summary
The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management . Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.

Essential Functions

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management

  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees

  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

  • Health and Safety Management

  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
