The Assistant Superintendent - MC is a dynamic and experienced professional who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a major construction project. As a key member of the project management team, this individual will work closely with the Superintendent, project stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of the project within budget, schedule, and scope.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of skilled workers to achieve project goals. A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures is essential for this role, as is the ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
