We are hiring an Assistant Project Manager to join our Real Estate Development Team

Assistant Project Manager, Real Estate Development: $102,997 - $138,026 Annual DOQ (eff. 7/4/2026)

After training period, hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days minimum per week in office (Downtown San Jose)

9/80 Work Schedule with alternating Fridays off

How You Will Make an Impact:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be a part of the real estate department and help us develop a pipeline of over 20 projects and =1500 units of affordable housing. We are looking for creative problem-solving team players, who enjoy the challenge of a variety of projects ranging from new construction multi-family housing to the renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures to the repurposing of commercial properties and master planning for affordable housing.

Best qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and between at least one (1) to three (3) years of previous experience developing affordable housing using Federal and State funding sources, pro formas and financial model analysis, and reviewing and negotiating real estate development transactional documents. Strong problem-solving and effective communication skills to work with all cross-functional partners through the project.
