Assistant Project Lead EI

Your main responsibilities

As an Assistant Project Lead, you will assist with the execution of service, maintenance and repair tasks for elevators, escalators, and moving walks. This includes coordinating administrative tasks, communicating with team members, and ensuring that certain elements of the project are executed according to plan. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring project activities are aligned with schedules and deliverables.

Essential Function
  • Project Assistance & Coordination - Provide accurate and timely updates on project status to management and conduct regular progress meetings to discuss any issues which may affect KPI's.
  • Schedule work to address open violations, verifying that sales proposals are signed before work begins.
  • Coordinate all internal/external testing requirements based upon local codes. Help manage resources such as time and materials to ensure project efficiency and complete work assignments.
  • Documentation & Data Entry - Ensure that Project Documentation, such as meeting notes, progress reports and updates is maintained accurately.
  • Process fees/penalties, including parking tickets, local government authority fees, permits and regulatory paperwork.
  • Communication & Collaboration - Serve as a point of contact for team members, stakeholders or customers to address inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Answer telephone calls, convey messages, and monitor the flow of e-mail within the field operations to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

Base Salary $71,600- $89,500

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives
