This role combines project management expertise with analytical capabilities to deliver validated models that support workforce planning and operational efficiency. You will conduct comprehensive scope assessments, design and execute time study analyses, facilitate stakeholder working sessions, and construct detailed capacity planning models that enable data-driven workforce decisions across the organization. This position requires you to balance multiple concurrent initiatives across 4-8 week build cycles, coordinating between technical data teams and operational stakeholders while maintaining rigorous documentation and project tracking. The ideal candidate brings capacity planning or workforce analytics experience, advanced Excel proficiency, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Execute the full discovery-to-business as usual (BAU) development cycle for prioritized capacity planning models including conducting scope assessments to define work boundaries, roles, and performance expectations
  • Design, build, and execute time study analyses to measure effort per task across role levels and complexity tiers while coordinating time study logistics including participant scheduling, data collection instruments, and completion tracking

  • Support handover of completed capacity planning models for BAU operations with monitoring protocols and contribute to governance review processes and model recalibration cycles
  • Support implementation of new and revised key performance indicators by coordinating KPI development stages including requirements gathering, data onboarding, build, validation, and launch
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams while proactively identifying and resolving blockers or dependencies to maintain project momentum
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, status reporting, and RAID logs while supporting stakeholder communication between Program Manager, data team, and service line teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and scenario analysis with ability to build sophisticated capacity planning calculations
  • Experience conducting time studies, scope assessments, or structured process analysis with understanding of how to measure task effort and translate findings into workforce models
  • Working understanding of project management methodologies and how cross-functional initiatives are scoped and executed with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across 4-8 week build cycles
  • Experience with BI tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI with ability to engage effectively on dashboard requirements and data visualization needs
  • Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups, translating data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and operational teams
  • Strong time management and deadline-driven work ethic in a fast-paced environment with proactive communication style and strong follow-through on commitments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating analytical and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with demand forecasting or scenario modeling in workforce planning or operations contexts with understanding of how capacity models adapt to changing business conditions
  • SQL experience enabling direct data extraction and validation to support capacity planning model development and KPI measurement
