We are excited about you because you bring... • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, in a related field or an additional 4 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields. • 1+ years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the technology or security industry. • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Project Schedule Management via Ghhant Chart, Budget management, Cost Performance management) is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce). • Basic understanding of physical security technologies are required (e.g. Axis, Genetec, Mercury, Aiphone, Von Duprin, HID). • Security Platform Certifications are a plus. (e.g. Genetec, Axis, Software House, OpenPath) • Familiarity with physical security technology systems (e.g., video surveillance, electronic access control, electronic door hardware, intrusion detection, intercom) We expect this position to be filled by 8/26/26. Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado. $74,800-$110,000 USD
