OverviewWe're looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our Operations team! As an
Assistant Operations Manager for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager as a first point of contact for any Operations related questions or issues. You will oversee all Operations for HOA, Permit Admin, Ordering, Installation Scheduling, Quality Assurance and Reception. You will be responsible for promoting and enabling the Renewal by Andersen and Esler culture.
Responsibilities- Partnering with senior management groups within RbA to achieve company goals and maintain communication (via phone/email) with Senior Management, Accounting, Sales, QA Team, etc.
- Resolving escalated customer issues with project resolution.
- Managing product ordering and helping the Order team and WHSE manage product delivery units per truck.
- Managing installation / revenue scheduling and working closely with the Installation Manager to record schedules and revenue.
- Managing the scheduling team, assisting with incoming calls, and evaluating 'Job In Progress' customers to reschedule them ASAP for job completion.
- Managing HOA Admins to ensure projects are processed timely and assist the Permit Admin with questions and information.
- Updating Enabled + and shared drive accurately to assist others with customer data.
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable reporting, attending meetings, and assisting in final payment receipt if installation crew is unable to obtain it.
- Overseeing and managing the RTO report with Order Fulfillment team.
- Managing the Installation Revenue Report to record Installer capacity and enter additional monies due from installation labor in the Access Management system to ensure accurate pay.
- Completing all installations scheduled in Enabled +.
- Creating better processes and systems for Operations Team.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of relationship management.
- Considerable experience within a customer service environment required.
