How you'll make an impact in this role- Supervise, coordinate, and lead medical surgical and telemetry associates while managing daily operational workflows and floor activity to ensure continuous, high-quality patient monitoring.
- Oversee patient access, clinical objectives, and quality improvement initiatives through regular auditing, streamlined processes, and close collaboration with department leadership.
- Direct staff hiring, onboarding, continuous clinical development, and skill-based task delegation to maintain high performance standards and regulatory compliance across the unit.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking- One year RN cardiac telemetry experience
