Your Impact:
The **Assistant Manager, Digital Merchandising & CRM** at Parfums Christian Dior Canada will be responsible for the daily planning operations of the Dior.ca websites as well as the execution of CRM Omni marketing programs. This role will serve as a collaborative team member with strong communication skills, partnering with various Canada, US, and Paris teams. This role will also be responsible for problem solving quickly and creatively, with minimal supervision.
Position
E-Merchandising
- Manage setup and merchandising integration of all launch skus on 2 sites- novelties and basics ~ PIM /offline date and book price checks.
- Re-order Categories and changing Cross Sells
- Incorporate default SKU in PIM program in response to product priority
- Optimize e-merchandising based on trends, and use top pages WTD to update merchandising rules and pages
- Update Best Sellers Page across all axes, New Arrivals across all axes and on-Site Search development
- Manage all Animation Kits seasonally to ensure that launches are optimized for CA market, on 2 sites, 2 languages
- Partners with US project leads on local UAT and test plans for new features realeases - fast follows from NAM planning based on local Canadian needs
- Create and manage resolution of all Jira bug tickets related to local Dior.ca features
- Verify promo banners, promo setting up and testing in e-commerce platform
- Assist local business team with creation, set-up, testing and monitoring of Dior.ca offers, promos and product launches
- Partner with local Sr Director and US/Central digital strategy teams to develop local launch calendar and holistic strategy
CRM
- Fully integrate the automated and tactical email campaigns in Adobe in partnership with tech team + US CRM teams; including drafting versions of emails in BE FREE tool
- Update key performances with metrics i.e. Open rates, CTR, Conversion Rates and other KPI on weekly/monthly reports
- Build and launch weekly programs for SMS (Attentive platform) and Trigger Emails (Blue Core platform)
- Support on templates for Dior Connect's CRM boutique program (monthly)
- Coordinate with US partners to localize and setup Narvar tracking emails (quarterly)
- Collaborate effectively with local and HQ stakeholders for all assigned projects.
Profile
Ideally, you would have 3-5years' experience in a Digital Merchandising or CRM domain.
