Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years recent experience managing fixed-route transit operations.
• Certifications as mandated by local contracts.
• Knowledge of State and Federal transportation regulations.
• Experience in scheduling and operational planning, including runs and shift bids.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Strong leadership aptitude to guide team members to success.
• Proficient in developing strategic solutions for operational challenges.
