PayMinimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do? - Partner with the General Manager to lead, train, and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality while maintaining operational excellence. Oversee daily service standards, team performance, and execution to ensure compliance with budgets, policies, procedures, and quality expectations, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
- Ensure all Health Department regulations are being adhered to and the restaurant is clean, sanitized, and safe for team members and guests.
- Collaborate with leaders to maximize sales potential and profitability, including promotions, guest satisfaction, monitoring product, labor costs, and reviewing financial information.
- Assist with scheduling employees, oversee bar inventory and ordering
- Build rapport with restaurant guests and ensure an enjoyable andmemorable experience
More about you - A Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, business or related field, or Certified Hotel Administrator or equivalent experience preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum three years' management experience in a restaurant of similar style, capacity, and volume
- Entrepreneurial skills and skills in financial management and budgeting
- Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce, working independently and as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills, as well as written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
