This career executive level position is in the Division of Facilities & Transportation Services, Bureau of Building Management and will be headquartered at the Hill Farms State Office Building: 4822 Madison Yards Way, Madison, Wisconsin 53705. This position will be responsible for additional buildings within Madison. Position Summary This position will have oversight over the Facilities Management Group Two (FM2). They will have responsibility and decision-making authority for the operational management, budget and staff supervision of diverse and complex FM2 functions. Additionally, the incumbent manages and supervises a staff of professional and skilled employees in providing operational, technical and consultation in the planning, design, construction, remodeling and maintenance of Department of Administration owned facilities within Madison South, Madison East, Madison West groups and other facilities as assigned.

Salary Information This position is in schedule-range (81-02) with an annual salary between $95,680 and $113,318. A 2 year career executive trial period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.
