Full Job Description
The Marquardt , an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Assistant Executive Director. We are set on a 52-acre campus with rolling green lawns, gorgeous trees and flowers and paved walkways. The Marquardt offers assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care as well as independent living options for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments. Established in 1969, The Marquardt has continued to transform expectations of senior living with ever-evolving and expansive options in Watertown, Wisconsin, conveniently located halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.

$90,000- $129,000 (Higher pay may be considered based on qualifications and experience)

JOB SUMMARY:
  • Assist with the leadership of all campus operations as delegated by the Executive Director.
  • Responsible for developing and monitoring the operational and capital budgets for the CBRF and SNF.
  • Responsible for the general leadership of all interdisciplinary team members.
  • Responsible for the provisions of quality programs and services for the residents, and for ensuring prompt resolution of concerns that result in resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain and actively promotes effective communications with residents and family members, personal representatives. Participants, where applicable in resident/family council meetings.
  • Maintain professional credentials.
  • Knowledge of changes occurring in the filed at local, state, and federal levels. Develop facility policies in accordance with changing regulations and improving practices in the field.
  • Administration and maintenance of all corporate policies and procedures are administrated pertaining directly to the CBRF & SNF.
  • Participate in operational and strategic planning for the campus.
  • Responsible for on-call services as assigned.
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal requirements regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
  • Bachelor's degree in field of health care, administration, social work, or business related field required.
