  • Serve as the liaison for the annual external audit

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Assistant Controller will support the Division Controller in managing SVG-wide accounting, allocations, financial reporting, overhead oversight, audit coordination, and financial processes. This role is designed to build progressive capability across core Controller responsibilities, including budget preparation, incentive compensation modeling, statistical reporting, and financial governance, with the long-term intent of developing into a future Division Controller role.

What you will do in this role:

  • Prepare and record division-wide Management Fees and Intercompany Interest calculations
  • Review and manage intercompany clearinghouse activity for monthly Field allocations
  • Allocate Overhead departments to Field for: Pharmacy, Credentialing, AVP, MMQR, Materials Management, Interim Administrators, and Sales
  • Allocate ITG pass-through expenses to Field monthly
  • Manage General Ledger for all Overhead COIDs including reconciliations, monthly recurring entries, accruals, and amortization
  • Create division-wide PCRG files monthly and complete Overhead PCRGs
  • Prepare year-end Tax packages and supporting workpapers
  • Prepare division-wide invoices for allocation, approval, and processing through A/P
  • Serve as Division Lead and liaison for annual external audit
