The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Boston is looking for an Assistant Director of People and Culture who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the best employee experience. This role reports to the Director of People and Culture and will be responsible for assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution and overseeing the day to day running of the People and Culture function; including but not limited to benefits administration, recruitment and retention strategies, wage and salary administration, employee relations, learning and development, and local diversity initiatives.

Salary Range: $118,000 -$123,600
