Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs

Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
