Job Description:We are looking for an Assets & Pricing lead to take ownership of end-to-end Fixed Asset and Pricing operations within MGS Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of fixed asset and pricing accounting activities, supporting financial close processes, and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. As a key partner to Controllership within the business segments, you will drive operational excellence, monitor performance through KPIs, and ensure compliance with global policies and accounting standards. What are we looking for?- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field required
- CPA/MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting a plus
- Background in record-to-report with focus in fixed assets is preferred
- Prior experience with a shared services model or driving finance transformations is highly desirable.
What will be your key responsibilities?Financial Operations- Ensure service delivery excellence for Fixed Asset and Pricing transactions, including monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Subject matter expert on Capital Expenditures, Fixed Asset, and Pricing transactions
- Organize Periodical closing (Monthly, quarterly, Year End) timetable and manage team to deliver accurately and on time.
- Ensuring an adequate internal control environment as well as make recommendations regarding improvements of Internal Controls
- Support customer engagement and change management
- Review work prepared by others and recommended opportunities to improve effectiveness, simplification, and standardization.
Business Partnering- Partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial results across the business units supported.
- Drive the standardization agenda by sharing best practices and supporting the implementation of global fixed asset processes.
- Collaborate closely with Controllership, Tax, FP&A, Business Partners, and MGS Finance Tower Leads.
- Act as a trusted business partner to Operational Excellence (OE) Controllers, providing ownership of financial results, KPIs, and operational performance.
- Support improvements in the quality of financial accounts by providing insights and analysis across financial statements.
Continuous Improvement- Partner with GPO to drive efficiencies in financial operations
- Coordinate closely with the Global Operations Leader of Assets & Pricing to execute strategies
- Ability to leverage Functional Experts for system related changes to drive Global standardization
- Challenge existing processes and systems on effectiveness and efficiency, recommending and implementing improvements

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
