Full Job Description
Our team is growing; we are currently recruiting for a Asset Management Consultant to join our Asset Optimization Business line based out of Toronto or Vancouver office.

About the role
  • Support the application of ISO 55001 standards in the development and implementation of strategic asset management frameworks.
  • Contribute to operations excellence initiatives, including maintenance optimization, cost reduction efforts, and continuous improvement programs (e.g., Lean / Six Sigma).
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, support decision-making, and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of Asset Management systems and frameworks, including Asset Management Policies and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMPs).
  • Support proposal development activities by contributing to methodologies, analysis, and project planning efforts.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple project tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with scope and quality expectations.
  • Support project reporting and governance processes, including tracking progress and communicating risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Assist in facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to support project execution.
  • Follow and uphold workplace policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.


About you

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in reliability and maintenance within heavy mining operations, including exposure to open-pit and/or underground environments.
  • Experience working with heavy mining equipment fleets, such as CAT 798, 795, and 777 haul trucks, along with support equipment (e.g., graders, dozers, excavators, and shovels).
  • Experience supporting proposal development and contributing to project planning activities.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI for analysis, reporting, and visualization.

Salary range: $100,00- $137,000

Expected Salary: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
