Position: Art Director
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Art Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing visual concepts and designs for our marketing and branding efforts. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create engaging and impactful materials that represent our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, branding materials, and other visual assets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and develop design solutions that meet business goals.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers and other creative professionals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our visual communications.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all materials.
- Work with external vendors and contractors to coordinate printing and production of materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the construction or mechanical industry is a plus.
