Job SummarySeeking an Ariba Business Analyst to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preparation and execution for enterprise Ariba rollout initiatives. This role will act as the bridge between IT and business stakeholders, helping business users understand new processes, validate system functionality, and ensure successful deployment of procurement and finance workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Ariba experience, expertise in UAT management, and the ability to support business process transformation within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead UAT strategy, planning, and execution activities for Ariba implementation initiatives
- Define, document, and maintain UAT test scenarios and test cases
- Translate enterprise Ariba processes into business-friendly UAT scripts and workflows
- Partner closely with Finance, Procurement, Facilities, and other business teams
- Support business users during UAT preparation, test execution, defect triage, and retesting activities
- Validate approval workflows, financial controls, operational processes, and compliance requirements
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle
- Support hypercare activities, process clarifications, and post-implementation enhancements
- Ensure testing activities align with project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives
- Assist with issue tracking, defect management, and solution validation efforts
- Support change management and user adoption initiatives during rollout activities
Required Qualifications- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba
- Proven experience leading UAT initiatives for enterprise applications
- Experience documenting test scenarios and test cases for complex business processes
- Experience supporting controls-heavy and compliance-focused workflows
- Ability to work effectively with business users new to enterprise platforms
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working within regulated environments
- Experience supporting procurement, finance, or facilities management workflows
- Exposure to IBM Maximo or similar enterprise asset management platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise software rollouts and post-production support activities
