About the RoleAs an
Area Visual Merchandiser, your main focus will be to drive sales and customer experience by ensuring strong, inspiring visual presentation across multiple stores.
This on-site role reports into our Area Manager position and is a field-based position aligned with your geographic Area responsibility.
A Day in the LifeWorking at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities*
- Drive sales and customer experience by ensuring strong, inspiring visual presentation across multiple stores
- Coach and develop store visual teams to deliver consistent, commercially competitive environments
- Ensure implementation of the Commercial Handbook and global visual merchandising guidelines
- Support stores with seasonal fashion insights, styling techniques, and trend awareness
- Partner with store management to execute local commercial plans and sales campaigns
- Plan and optimize visual merchandising routines, including sample picking, layout planning, and displays
- Support new store openings, rebuilds, and visual maintenance projects within the area
- Collaborate with Sales Market teams to uphold brand standard
Who You Are: - Experience in visual merchandising or retail fashion
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Solid understanding of fashion trends and styling
- Knowledge of visual merchandising routines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities

Compensation: expected base salary range is $85,500 EEOC Code: SLS
