Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or relevant hands-on experience in the electrical power industry
• Minimum 5 years experience in energy technology, substations, transformers or similar fields
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with ownership of work
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) for customer engagement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to grow business

• Prepare and follow up on offers, lead negotiations, and support contract agreements
