What challenges can you expect? - You lead and implement the sales strategy in your region or customer group and actively develop new market opportunities
- You build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular visits, technical consulting, and professional negotiations
- You expand and secure business by developing sales measures, closing delivery agreements, and managing offers from preparation to follow-up
- You work closely with product management and internal experts to support product innovations and complex customer applications
- You analyze market, customer, and competitor developments and derive future sales scenarios and strategies
- You represent Reinhausen at customer events, exhibitions, and expert conferences and deliver product presentations and trainings
What do we expect from you? - You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally combined with business knowledge or extensive industry experience
- You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in energy technology, transformer or substation technology, control systems, or commissioning of electrical equipment
- You communicate business-fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- You have a strong sales mindset, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial, customer-oriented attitude
- You work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate confident and professional behavior with customers
- You are willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
