Position Overview:The Area Leader is responsible for providing direction and executing operational processes and procedures for multiple Crisp & Green restaurants in Texas
. This multi-unit leader will be expected to provide oversight and development of their direct reports, General Managers (GM), while working in cooperation with other leaders.
Responsibilities:- Lead the GMs to support and enable the growth goals for the company
- Translate the overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to the GMs
- Oversight of the planning, preparation and performance analysis of all restaurant P & L's in the assigned area of responsibility
- Build organizational talent by promoting the development of internal leaders, as well as championing the identification and attraction of high potential external candidates
- Create and maintain a culture in the assigned restaurants where team members have the opportunity to learn and grow to become future leaders
- Train, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high quality operations
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships that ensure the right support is provided to improve performance and remove barriers
- Execute on all programs introduced to the field
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge their team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Control labor costs by reviewing schedules in a timely manner
- Control food cost by working with the culinary teams on processes and procedures
- Provide leadership role for new restaurant openings
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
Requirements
- 5+ years restaurant management required
- 1-2+ years multi-unit experience preferred
- Extreme attention to detail
- Results driven and self-motivated
- Desire to learn and develop internally
- Enjoy and thrive working in fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams towards a purpose
- Successfully communicate to serve as a role model to the Crisp Crew
- Strong background in training and development
- The ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the restaurant teams
- Excellent speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Capable of standing for long periods of time and lift and maneuver up to 50lbs
Salary Description
$100,000 - $120,000
