Job Description:
Position Summary: The Area Executive Operations Manager provides leadership, operational oversight, clinical direction, and regulatory compliance across assigned branches within a dedicated region. This role aligns closely with the responsibilities of an Executive Director while extending oversight at a regional level and serving as interim leadership for branches with vacant Executive Director positions. The position requires extensive travel (approximately 90%) and the ability to sit in branch locations as needed to ensure operational stability, compliance, and continuity of leadership.
