Role OverviewSodexo Live! has an opportunity for an
Area Executive Chef to support our
Chase Sapphire Lounges nationally. This Area Executive Chef will
travel 75-100% to oversee our culinary operations across multiple locations throughout the country, as well as support new location openings in the future. Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. What You'll Do- provide multi-lounge culinary operations oversight within the Chase Sapphire portfolio;
- in-unit culinary training, menu development/writing, roll-outs;
- culinary compliance and safety/sanitation practices;
- deliver fine-dining experiences within a thoughtfully designed travel oasis;
- communication with clients, internal management and unit-staff;
- Implement culinary standards.
