Area Customer Implementation Manager, Eastern Mediterranean Area (EME)

We are currently seeking an Area Customer Implementation Manager, EME, based in Istanbul, Türkiye or Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will primarily support the Eastern Mediterranean Area, including but not limited to Türkiye, Egypt, Bulgaria, Israel, Romania, and Ukraine. As part of the European Customer Implementation team, the role also works closely with colleagues across Europe, providing implementation support and collaborating on cross-area initiatives wherever business opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the new customer implementation process bridging sales and operational activities (from sales award to on-boarding to stable operation).
  • Ensures smooth transition of new or additional business into the organization.
  • Acts as the customers’ center of gravity on implementations and issue resolution.
  • Drives overall implementation project plan across all geographies and ensures delivery of all functions involved.
  • Rolls off customer accounts once the implementation phase is completed.
  • Routinely applies subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues operating within practices and procedures covered by precedents or well-defined policies.
  • Handles most situations independently, receives minimal guidance, but seeks advice, guidance and support on more complex or non-routine topics.
  • Understands overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between own and other functions.
  • Guides performance and results of relevant teams and will adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
