DescriptionAs a Multi-Hotel Business Travel Sales Manager (BTSM), you will be responsible for driving transient revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of key business travel accounts. This role focuses on identifying and securing new opportunities within the special corporate, government, and wholesale segments while strengthening relationships with existing clients across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow transient room night production and revenue across multiple hotels within the special corporate, government, and wholesale market segments.
- Identify, solicit, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring account retention, share growth, and long-term customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular outside sales calls, client presentations, site visits, and hotel tours to generate new business and strengthen client relationships.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and local negotiated rate (LNR) opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, travel patterns, and demand generators to identify opportunities for increased market share and revenue growth.
- Negotiate corporate, government, and wholesale agreements that maximize profitability and align with revenue strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and hotel leadership to evaluate pace, forecast demand, and identify target accounts.
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to document activities, track account production, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
- Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, chamber functions, and travel-related networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze production reports and account performance to ensure sales goals and revenue objectives are achieved.
- Prepare and submit timely sales activity reports, market intelligence, and revenue forecasts.
- Partner with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences for corporate travelers.
Qualifications: - Expert in selling to special corporate, wholesale and government transient segments.
- Understanding of extended stay hotels.
- Hilton and Marriott experience preferred.
- Jacksonville market experience required.
- Established Jacksonville relationships are key.

Pay Range: $87,000 - $110,000
