Qualifications

• Licensed Architect in Arizona; NCARB certification required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proven experience leading complex projects across various sectors (commercial, institutional, educational, civic).
• Proficiency in design software: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of projects from concept through construction.
• Manage teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
• Oversee construction document preparation and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative studio culture.
• Participate in business development efforts including proposals and client presentations.
