Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Architect with a minimum of 15 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong portfolio of built work, leadership in project delivery, and a deep understanding of architectural design, construction documentation, project management, and client engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the firm's design excellence and innovation while growing our business in the Phoenix and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction.
  • Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and client communications.
  • Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including proposals, interviews, and client presentations.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to firm standards and best practices.

Annual Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000
