Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with healthcare environments, including outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, imaging suites, surgical environments, or inpatient care spaces, is highly valued.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading internal teams and external consultants to ensure project cohesion
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors
  • Reviewing construction documents for accuracy, clarity, and scope alignment
  • Overseeing construction administration and guiding execution in the field
  • Conducting project meetings and tracking action items
  • Evaluating cost impacts and identifying creative, cost-effective design solutions

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • 7-10 years of professional experience, including healthcare project management experience
  • Professional architectural license preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of healthcare design principles, medical planning, and clinical workflows
  • Experience with healthcare renovations, new construction, and complex occupied environments
  • Knowledge of FGI Guidelines, Department of Health requirements, ADA standards, and applicable building codes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
