- Lead design of scalable Python-based backend and APIs
- Guide integration of ML models into production systems
- Partner with architects, data scientists, designers, and product teams for solution delivery
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
- Oversee CI/CD, cloud AI services, and MLOps workflows
- Mentor the engineering team; review high-impact code
- Stay current on emerging AI, ML, NLP technologies
Mandatory Skills (with Experience)- Python (AI/ML/NLP): 12-15 years
- LangChain: 5-7 years
- Cloud (GCP/Azure/AWS) + AI/MLOps: 6-8 years
- Enterprise API architecture (Python): 7+ years
- CI/CD + Kubernetes + automation: 6-8 years
- Cross-team leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
