Role description:Arcadis is seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic Government and Civic team contributing to a range of high-profile and mission critical projects. In this role, you'll oversee the architectural design and technical development, ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and functionality.
Role accountabilities:- Work on production and coordination of technical drawings from Concept Design through Construction Documentation.
- Develop and integrate design solutions that comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design intent, quality standards, and client objectives are consistently met.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with scope, performance goals, and client expectations.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and coordination sessions.
Qualifications & Experience:- Education: Professional degree in Architecture
- Active architectural license is required.
- 5-8+ years of experience, with a proven track record in design and project delivery
- Government and Civic Project Experience is required.
- Design Build Experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit, with experience in BIM coordination
- Experience with presentation platforms such as Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, PowerPoint, and SketchUp is a plus.
- Understanding of building codes, standards, and technical detailing existing building renovations and new construction.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to develop three-dimensional concept designs studies.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions in a collaborative team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $135,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
